Zhuhai Huahui Electronic Co.,Ltd.(FNT) is located in Huasheng Industrial Park, Wanchai Town, Zhuhai City which is divided by a small river with Macau. We have been professional in designing and producing electromagnetic switches, solenoids, solenoid valves and other kinds of electromagnetic components since 1988. About 85% of our products are exported to Europe and USA. FNT has obtained the ISO 9001 certificate which is issued by SGS and can provide One-Stop service of “Designing—Sampling—Mass Production—Shipping”.

High-speed Automatic Stamping machines made in Taiwan; Epoxy-sealed Machines made in USA; High-speed Winding Machines made in Spain; Precise CNC Winding Machines made in Taiwan; Computerized Synthetic Testing Equipment for relay; Computerized L-N Testing Equipment for Electromagnet; Tesla Meter; Time-parameter Equipment; Surged Current Life experimentation; Antirust (Salt and Fog) testing equipment. We also have the most advanced and precise Force-measuring Machine in this industry in China (produced by Tsinghua University), which can perform 100 times/sec to measure the relation of force and stroke of solenoids.
Up to now, our products are mainly used in these products: Relays—satellite TV receiver, motor starter, high-ampere lamp switch, water heater and electric vehicle power system; Solenoid—vending machine, electronic reproducing systems for acoustic pianos, door’s IC locker, cashier machine, camera shutter, slim CD/DVD-ROM driver ejecting system, massage machine and industrial robot; Water/Air valves—IC water/gas meter, auto water faucet, body-building machine and automatic farming systems(such as, automatic beans selecting system and automatic irrigation system) etc.

Awards and customers of FNT:
H200 series relay has won the award of Science and Technology Advancement of Zhuhai City in 1989 and got the American UL certificate and appraised as high-quality product of GuangDong Province and excellent new product of GuandDong Province in 1990. At present, H200, H230 and H273 series relays had obtained the German VDE certificate and the company has got the ISO 9001 certificate which was issued by SGS. And the products of FNT can all meet the EU’s RoHS requirements.
With near upon 20 years’ business running, FNT gained many royal customers and some of them are showed as below: Steinel Elektronik GmbH, Thomas & Betts Limited (Canada), Piano Disc Inc., Bosch, GE, Siemens, Morgan Electronics Co.,PLEXTOR, Green Light Products Co.,Ltd., Qplus, Image Capture Tech. Inc., Pertech Inc., etc. Steinel Elektronik GmbH, the company that famous for its strict German style quality requirements, has never rejected the products from FNT since it started to purchase relays from FNT in 1989. FNT first began to produce solenoids under the cooperation with the American company CII in 1994. 100% of the solenoids were exported back to USA for CII’s vending machine systems. In year 2004, FNT got over the technical difficulties to produce the ultra precise solenoid and successfully became the biggest solenoid vendor of the American auto-playing systems for acoustic pianos industry.

History of FNT：
1988—FNT Co., Ltd. was founded in Macau. Product’s parts production was in Macau, assembling line was in HuaSheng industrial area, Zhuhai, China.
1989—Type H200 relays won the award of Science and Technology Advancement of Zhuhai city and began exported to USA and Canada at the same year.
1990—Got the American UL certificate and appraised as high-quality product of GuangDong Province and excellent new product of GuangDong Province.
1991— Parts production workshop of FNT was moved from Macau to HuaSheng industrial area and turned into relays workshop of HuaHui Electronic Factory and HuaHui telecommunication equipment factory.
1994— FNT cooperated with American CII company, producing the type 1001 solenoid for CII’s vending machines.
2001— Relays workshop changed to be ZhuHai Huahui Electronic Co., Ltd. which had qualification independent artificial person.
2003— FNT cooperated with TsingHua University and finished the first and the most advanced F-L dynamic curve measurement system for solenoid in solenoid industry in China.
2004— H200, H230 and H273 series of relay obtained the German VDE certificate.
2004— FNT got over the technical difficulties to produce the ultra precise solenoid and successfully entered the American auto-playing systems for acoustic pianos industry. Now FNT is the only proved solenoid vendor of the industrial leading company— PianoDisc Inc.
2005— FNT began to supply customers with the RoHS compliant products.
2005— FNT gained the ISO-9001:2000 certificate of quality control system awarded by SGS.
2006—FNT successfully developed a type of air valve which switching frequency was up to 10,000 times per min.
